In alignment with Article 14 of the PDPL, your data may be stored on secure international servers only if the destination country provides an equivalent level of data protection and we have obtained the necessary licensing from the Egyptian authorities.

We respect your inbox. Any marketing SMS or email sent by Babu World will:
- Clearly identify Babu World as the sender.
- Provide a clear and free “Unsubscribe” or “Opt-out” link.
- Only be sent to users who have opted-in during registration or checkout.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Area:
We currently ship within Egypt only.
Order Processing:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on the destination and courier service.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping may apply on selected orders.
Delivery Delays:
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
Returns & Refunds
Because Babu books are printed intellectual property products, we maintain a strict quality-based return policy to protect product integrity and ensure fairness to all customers.
Eligible Returns:
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item arrived damaged during shipping
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was delivered
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
To protect the integrity of our products and intellectual property, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Books that have been opened, read, or used
- Items with marks, folds, writing, or damage after delivery
- Purchases returned due to change of mind
Books are considered final sale once opened or used.
Refund Process:
If a return request is approved:
- The item must be returned in unused and original condition
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Important Notice:
All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Return requests must include clear photos or video evidence of the issue.
Due to the nature of printed materials, books cannot be returned once opened or used.
We reserve the right to decline return requests in cases of suspected misuse, repeated claims, or violation of the above policy.
